Schedule Initial Consultation

Before you book your free initial consultation,
please consider the following:

• Do you have a time frame for when you would like to have your pool completed? At Steve Breck Pools we pride ourselves on being able to complete most projects in 6-8 weeks from the date of the first breaking of ground.
• Are you looking for a pool? or perhaps a pool spa combo? Know that the average starting cost for a pool is $55,000 and for a pool/spa combo, $65,000.
• If you are interested in financing, we work with 3 different lenders. Visit the Financing page on this website.
• Please note that we are around 2-3 months out for scheduling remodeling quotes.
• We will NOT enter any home or yard unaccompanied by the owner or primary resident.

Appointments usually last anywhere from 30min-1 hour, depending on the project.

During your initial consultation, our Design Consultants will help you decide which pool type will be the best fit for your home. They will present you with a variety of options, financial as well as aesthetics, in an effort to help you purchase the perfect pool for you. Within 48 hours of the consultation, we will email you 3D renderings of your pool, so that you’ll be able to see exactly how it will look in your yard along with a bid proposal.

If/once you decide you would like to move forward and have Steve Breck Pools build your pool or pool/spa combo, then a 2nd meeting will be scheduled to sign contracts and collect a deposit.

Steve Breck Pools will facilitate the filing and pulling of all necessary permits with the city, county, etc., and provide you, the client, with all the drawings and any other pertinent information you may need to submit to an HOA.
