from concept to creation
On the day of your scheduled consultation, either Adrian or Kevin (or both) will visit your home to discuss the type, size, and special features you may want for your new pool or pool/spa combo. They will take all necessary measurements and answer any questions you may have regarding the process. The initial consult usually takes anywhere from half an hour to an hour, depending on the scope of the project. Within 48 hours, you will receive a proposal bid along with 3D renderings of your new pool in your yard.

Once a contract is signed and deposit received (deposit is always $1000.00, never more), a permit plan is created for you to submit to your HOA (if necessary) and we begin the process of pulling permits from the city, engineering, and scheduling construction. Steve Breck Pools takes care of any and all paperwork, as well as scheduled inspections with your city inspectors (i.e. Las Vegas, Henderson, Green Valley, Summerlin, etc). Most HOAs take 1-2 weeks to approve, and most counties as well.

One of the major advantages of hiring Steve Breck Pools to build your new pool is that our average completion time is between 6-8 weeks. That is from the time we break ground …to your first swim! This includes the dig, to framing and plumbing, to shotcrete, to plaster & tile, to the final stage of decking. Project Manager, Grant, and Kevin supervise each and every stage and will always keep in communication with you to keep you informed of scheduling, progress, and to answer any questions you may have during the process.
